Non-Refundable Policy

All purchases, deposits, and payments made are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, no-show, change of plans, or dissatisfaction with scheduling availability.

By completing a purchase or booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. All payments and deposits are final.

  2. Cancellations will not qualify for a refund.

  3. If a customer cannot attend or use the service/product, the payment will not be returned.

  4. In some cases, the business may allow rescheduling at its discretion, but this does not guarantee a refund.

This policy helps ensure fairness and protects the time, resources, and preparation involved in providing our services.
